Coldspring Brew | A collaboration between Sgculturedboi and Teahills.

Made for Cold Brew, this ROUGUI was roasted in small batches to bring out Wuyi Mountain's signature minerality profile, even when brewed at low temperatures. Dark roasted, this oolong tea is full-bodied with floral sweetness and gentle spice, reminiscent of cassia. Drink chilled, and enjoy its slight smokiness with notes of roasted nuts.

Instructions for cold brew:
- Add 3 tbsp (~7g) of tea leaves inside a 1L bottle or container.
- Add room-temperature water, and refrigerate 6-12 hours or overnight.
- Serve over ice or as is. Drink within 3-4 days for freshest flavour.
