Refund policy
We want you to love every sip. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (consumable goods), we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used tea products
- Change-of-mind requests
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please email us at hello@teahills.co within 7 days of receiving your delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll review and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is on the way.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it based on your preference.

- Custom gift sets or special pre-orders
